Terms and Conditions
1 – It is not possible to reserve more than 8 seats on one flight, and 8 seats can be reserved for going and the same for returning, with a total of 16 seats at the same time. To reserve more seats, you can book again. Seats are collected in the reservation basket before payment or through customer service assistance via chat.
2 – Reservations can be modified and canceled via the website. (Via technical support) via chat
3 – Travel time, seat number, and direction are the responsibility of the customer.
4 – Delay beyond the appointment is the customer’s responsibility and he is not entitled to refund the reservation value in any way.
5 – When there is any complaint, contact customer service via chat first to submit the complaint.
6 – Reservations during public holidays are completely non-cancellable.
