Terms and Conditions
1 – It is not possible to book more than 20 rooms per trip, and more than 20 rooms can be booked through customer service at special prices for groups.
2 – Reservations can be modified and canceled via the website. (Via technical support) via chat
3 – The cancellation policy varies from one hotel to another, and they all follow a secure cancellation policy of 14 days before check-in without any chargeback policies.
4 – The client must bring all government papers and certificates for the family and children. Otherwise, the client will be fully responsible, and accommodation will be according to the hotel’s policy.
5 – When there is any complaint, contact customer service via chat first to submit the complaint.
6 – Reservations during public holidays are completely non-cancellable.
